Payment information
We do not accept credit cards at the moment. Once you have placed an
order you will receive an auto-reply e-mail to confirm your order has
been placed successfully. Please do not make any payment until PC Media
Solutions has processed and confirmed your order. You will receive an
email with a copy of your order with shipping charges calculated. Once
you have received this email you can make payment.
You can pay by the
following ways: 1. Direct

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours after we receive your
deposit in our bank account. To ensure the fastest possible processing
of your order, please use your order number as a reference on your
deposit. (Your order number will be emailed to you after you place your
order.)
2. Cheque/Bank Cheque

It will take up to 5 working days for the bank to clear your cheque.
Your order will not ship until we receive payment. To ensure the fastest
possible processing of your order, please use your order number as a
reference on the cheque. (Your order number will be emailed to you after
you place your order.)
3. Pay Cash on pick-up
You can collect your order from PC Media Solutions
If you choose this option we will email you our Auckland address for pick-up.
Pay when you pickup. Normally your goods will be ready to pickup within
24 hours after you place your order.
Shipping Information We
mainly use Courier Post for all deliveries, unless large in size or
weight.
Parcel Post will be used for large sized packages if order is under $250. Orders
via Courier Post should arrive overnight from shipping date. You will be
given shipping costs in our first email to you from your order. Courier Post
- Track and Trace facility via Courier Post
website.
Cost - From $3.50 (includes Courier
Post, packaging and handling, most items ship for $3.50 to $8)
Delivery Time
Normally shipments arrive overnight from shipping date using Courier
Post (allow for cheque clearance time if
applicable). To ensure speedy delivery, please verify your
shipping address before you submit your order. To send your order as
quickly and as safely as possible, we may ship items from the same order
in separate boxes. Courier Post can deliver to PO Boxes.
PC Media Solutions offers shipping Monday to Friday , except for certain
holidays. |
