Q. Can anyone purchase through PC
Media Solutions?
A. Absolutely! We will sell to individuals right through to
corporate. We believe everyone should have quality computer parts at
realistic, affordable prices.
Q. What methods of payment do you
accept?
A. Currently we do not accept Credit Cards. However you can pay via
direct deposit, internet banking, cheque or pay and pick-up in person.
We will be looking at credit card payments in the near future.
Q. Do your prices on your site include
GST?
A. Yes, all prices shown already include NZ GST of 12.5%.
Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. No. We can only ship within New Zealand.
Q. What sort of warranty are on your
products?
A. It varies depending on the manufacturer. Most of the cables have
a lifetime warranty on normal wear and tear! All other products have at
least a 1 year warranty, and most Manhattan products have a 3 year
warranty.
Q. Do you supply any other
computer or electronic items?
A. Yes. We have access to a wide range of computer related products
that we haven't listed on here. We could be listing products day and
night for weeks to get everything on, so we have listed here what we
specialise in. Examples of other things we can get - Laptops, complete
computer systems, monitors, plasma TV's, projectors, digital cameras,
Q. I can't find what I'm looking for -
what now?
A. Ask! Send us an email. We have access to a few more supplies with
other specialities. So if you are after something not on the site please
ask and we will see what we can do.
Q. How much is freight?
A. Freight will vary depending on order size. However, as most items
are small, if you are only ordering one or 2 items you will be looking
at $5.50 for courier delivery with CourierPost Track and Trace.
Q. If an item is out of stock, how
long before you will have this item?
A. Email us and ask. Sometimes it will already be in stock but the
website has not been updated, or it is on it's way.
Q. What if I need to return a faulty
product?
A. Email us first with the product information and what the fault is
and we will provide you with a returns number. Faulty Products will be
replaced or fixed under warranty. All returns MUST BE accompanied with a
returns number. Postage is not refundable.
Q. What if I ordered the wrong
product?
A. It is up to the customer to ensure they know what they are
ordering. If the product is wrong because of misinformation from us or
our site then we will replace or refund as necessary (less a 10%
restocking fee). For non
faulty products return, products must be in original condition with all
accessories and within 14 days of receiving products. Shipping costs are not
refundable. |
